Dear Families, 

What a fun time we’re having in Art Explorers! By using our creativity and practical skills we’re having a blast and learning so much each week as we make our art. We use materials like paint, construction paper, glue sticks, googly eyes, and more to make colorful artwork. 

So far, we’ve made lions with painted manes (we even used forks as our paint brushes!), sweet ice cream and popsicle collages, and paper parrots with colorful construction paper tail feathers! In the coming weeks we’ll be introducing new materials and skills. 

Our goal in Art Explorers is to fire up our imagination while sharpening our motor skills to make unique and well crafted arts and crafts. We can’t wait for you to see our art!
