Lego Builders
Ramaz
Spring 2025
Dear Families,
Our Lego Class has been developing not only Lego building skills but also how to work and build together, how to share with kindness, and how to use imagination to create personal and fantastical versions of the task of the day!
Throughout the weeks we’ve been together, we have explored building your own house, your own school, a boat, an amusement park, and a rocket ship to go into space. We also played around with something bigger, like building your own personal planet. The kids particularly loved the day we explored the fantastical world. The task was to build a creature from that world, and the kids did a fantastic job.
It’s been really fun to see how the kids have started loving building together and collaborating. Our class always starts with talking about the new project for the day, and then we jump right in and start building until it’s show-and-tell time, when the kids present and talk about what they have built!
Next up is exploring the animal world. We are going to learn about animals first by doing a little quiz to challenge the kids’ knowledge and curiosity, and then dive in and build.
Best,
Benedetta, Curated Care teacher
