Dear Families,

Our Dino Explorers class has been off to an incredible start! Your students have learned about fossils, paleontologists, descendants of dinosaurs we still have today, with much more to come! Our projects so far have included painting wearable dinosaur feet, exploring the physical features of dinosaurs by making our own using cut-out shapes, and doing an archeological dig to find a dino in a (playdoh) egg!

Before the semester is over, your explorer will add to their dino outfit, creating their own hat, mask, and tail, live a day in the life of a dinosaur species of their choice, and learn more about our role in taking care of the earth we’ve inherited.
