Ping Pong

Poly Prep

Winter 2025

Dear Families, 


So far we’ve had an action-packed ping pong class, that I truly look forward to each Friday! We’ve learned how to warm up and prepare ourselves for taking part in any sport, incorporating yoga into our stretching and strengthening section of class. We’ve learned some awesome physical games that work on our coordination and motor skills, and improved our ping pong ball keep-it-up record every week! (Augie is our current leader with 14!)


All that before we even get to the table, where we’ve learned the rules of the game, how to hold a paddle, practicing serving, returning, and keeping our feet moving during points. They’ve already improved so much, and I’m excited to see how far they can go this semester and beyond!
